Rasha is a character in Children of the Whales. She is a member of the Committee of Elders.

Right before the second attack on the Mud Whale, she goes to the meeting that Suou is having with his aides and questions their motives.

Shuan is her son, but she does not appear to hold much affection for him. She refers to him as a grinning devil to his face, as says that even the emotionless apatheia soldiers are less pitiful than him.
Trivia[]
- Rasha is named after a color in Japanese meaning "darkest blue, nearly black".[1] The name is also that of a woolen material (羅紗).
